We only ask for what we need to deliver your sauna. Here is what this website does with it.
When you ask to book, you give us your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, the dates you want, your add-on choices and any notes or photos of the delivery spot you choose to share.
We use these only to confirm your booking, deliver and pick up the sauna, and contact you about your rental. We do not sell your information.
This website does not take card numbers. We send you a secure payment link after we confirm your dates. The card hold on delivery day is handled through that payment provider, not by this site.
When you type your street address on the booking page, what you type is sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io), a free address search service built on OpenStreetMap data, so it can suggest matching addresses. We do not send your name, phone or email there. The service sees your IP address and the text you type, as any website would.
You can ignore the suggestions and type your address in full.
To save you from re-entering things, the price calculator and booking page remember your package, dates, delivery town, extra nights and Premium extras choice in your browser (local storage on your device). This stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the service.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run your rental and to meet tax, insurance and legal record-keeping requirements. Ask us if you would like your information deleted and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
